Flyway Ventures is a family-operated real estate company looking for a strong leader to run our property management division. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operations, financial performance, and team development across our regional portfolio.

What you'll do:

• Lead day-to-day property management operations

• Drive financial performance and accountability

• Build and manage a high-performing team

• Improve systems, efficiency, and property performance

• Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors

• Proven leadership in property management or real estate

• Strong operational and financial skills

• Experience managing multiple properties or a regional portfolio

• Comfortable in a growing, family-run business

• A practical, accountable leader who gets things done
