McLarty Daniel Nissan, a premier dealership in Northwest Arkansas, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in inside sales, call center operations, or customer service who are eager to transition into the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages; qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and setting appointments for the sales team; maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system; collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition; and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications include proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; and a high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
