The Aspenwood Company - 3800 SW Mt Carmel Dr - Responsibilities: Complete all assigned maintenance work orders and prepare vacant resident rooms as directed by the Supervisor.; Coordinate and assist with special projects as directed.; Monitor work performed by outside contractors to ensure it meets company standards.; Be available for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled, carrying a pager or cell phone for on-call duties.; Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and ensuring all areas are tidy and functional.
