Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc. (BMRHC) is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist at our Urgent Care Clinic in Huntsville!

What You'll Do:
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. You'll:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Collect and accurately enter patient information into the electronic health record
• Help with scheduling, referrals, and patient inquiries
• Support clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day flow

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Some travel is required.

Schedule & Perks:

• 7 days on / 7 days off - enjoy built-in work-life balance!
• 62 hours per pay period (benefit eligible)
• Shift Differential Incentive

Clinic Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
