Job Details

We are seeking experienced Blow Mold Technicians to help keep production running smoothly at a plastics recycling factory in Fayetteville.

What you'll do:
Set up and operate blow molding machines
Handle mold changes, start-ups, and shut-downs
Troubleshoot machine or process issues
Keep an eye on product quality and make adjustments as needed
Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
Follow safety procedures and keep simple production records
Help train or assist machine operators when needed

What we're looking for:
Previous blow mold technician or similar manufacturing experience
Experience with extrusion or injection blow molding processes
Good mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read basic schematics or technical documents
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, overtime, or weekends if needed
