Acadia Healthcare - 2601 Habberton Road - Responsibilities: Provide personal care services to patients under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.; Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors, and communicate significant observations to nursing staff.; Assist patients with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, meals, hydration, and changing bed linens.; May oversee or assist patients with activities of daily living and obtain vital signs, height and weight as assigned.; Complete and maintain required documentation and assist with follow-up and paperwork as required.
