Arby's - Flynn Group - - Responsibilities: Perform tile work, including replacement and repair of damaged tiles, address drywall and FRP issues, patching, repairing, and installing.; Unclog, repair, and maintain drain lines and plumbing systems.; Replace and repair ceilings, ceiling tiles, and grid systems as needed, conduct lighting maintenance, replace bulbs and ballasts, troubleshoot electrical issues, repair or replace electrical outlets and wiring.; Perform preventative maintenance including minor carpentry, painting, and sealing; maintain door hardware, hinges, and locks; inspect seating and furnishings.; Ensure safety compliance, document hazards, respond to emergency repair requests and provide updates on maintenance progress.
