Kennametal Inc - - Responsibilities: Monitor production rates and help team members understand daily production goals.; Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality standards.; Manage work order prioritization.; Move all materials, either physically or mechanically, necessary to complete assignments.; Assist with changeovers and troubleshooting of Grinding equipment.; Maintain communication with department Supervisor.; Complete daily production documentation.; Conduct daily department meetings.; Train to operate all equipment within the area of responsibility.; Perform skills/performance assessments for department operators.
