Food 4 Less - - Responsibilities: Manage general merchandise department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safety.; Oversee replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks.; Direct merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, and maintaining displays.; Develop and coach staff; resolve conflicts; promote safety and quality in operations.
