Customer Service Associate

LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support fast-paced transportation and supply chain operations in Springdale, AR. This full-time, on-site contract role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in logistics, transportation or dispatch who thrive in high-volume, detail-driven environments.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers and internal teams. You'll manage a high volume of inbound emails, coordinate delivery solutions and support daily transportation operations across multiple systems. This role is well suited for someone who is organized, responsive and comfortable resolving issues in real time.

What's the job?

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
• Manage a high volume of inbound emails and prioritize urgent issues
• Coordinate with sales, transportation and supply chain teams to resolve delivery challenges
• Use dispatch, tracking and scheduling systems to support daily operations
• Navigate customer portals and internal tools to maintain accurate records
• Identify efficient, customer-focused solutions and escalate issues when needed

What's needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
• 13 years of experience in logistics, transportation or dispatch (required)
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in an email-heavy role
• Organized, accountable and proactive with a team-oriented mindset
