Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, deployment, and management of Windows 11 and macOS endpoints in an enterprise setting
• Own administration and optimization of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, and Proxy setups
• Manage endpoint policies and device compliance through Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and related tooling
• Support and enhance use of the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Automate workflows
• Implement and oversee endpoint protection, patching, and device security best practices using tools like Microsoft Defender
• Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for technical troubleshooting and endpoint support across the business
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and IT support teams across US, EMEA, and APAC regions to deliver cohesive, global IT service

Desired skills/requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint engineering or enterprise desktop management roles
• Deep technical knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint configuration, security hardening, and lifecycle management
• Strong experience with Intune, JAMF, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Proven ability to drive security, compliance, and automation improvements across large environments
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, technically demanding environment

Salary

• $80,000 - $120,000
