Senior Accountant

We are excited to partner with our client who is seeking a detail-driven Senior Accountant to oversee financial reporting, compliance, and analysis for a growing multi-entity operation. This role partners with leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, and month/year-end close, while driving process improvements and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and reconciliations
• Prepare month-end close
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Ensure tax, audit, and compliance requirements are met
• Lead consolidations across multiple entities
• Identify efficiency opportunities in accounting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5+ years' accounting experience (multi-entity/multi-state preferred)
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP/Excel expertise
• Proven leadership and analytical skills
