Your Shift:

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Days: Monday–Friday (you choose which days to work)
• Pay: $19.50/hour, paid every Friday
• Location: Americold, Lowell, AR

What You'll Do:

You'll play a key role in keeping orders moving inside a temperature-controlled environment. That includes:

• Safely loading and unloading food products
• Operating sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach forklifts
• Moving inventory using pallet jacks and RF scanners
• Picking, stacking, labeling, wrapping, and storing product
• Following safety procedures and supporting your team
• Pitching in with inventory, equipment checks, or cleaning as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of forklift required
• Comfortable working in cold storage (as low as -45°F)
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and move product without assistance
• Reliable attendance and attention to safety
