This role is responsible for the case management of alleged violations of law or policy or other misconduct that are made through the Tyson Ethics Line, Tell Tyson First, or other ethics reporting mechanisms. Case management includes:The assessment and triage of reports (including identifying the allegations, assigning the appropriate investigative team or business partner to handle, and immediately escalating highest risk reports)Reviewing investigations (ensuring investigative work product and resolution are fair and consistent with investigative and case management governance and other policy requirements)Resolution/remediation. This role will also be responsible for analyzing ethical data and providing reporting/trending to stakeholders (e.g., HR, Legal, the Board) both proactively (identifying problems before they become investigations) and in response to ad hoc requests.
