Pride Health is hiring a Specimen Processor to support our client's medical facility, which is based in Fayetteville, AR, 72703.

Title: Specimen Processor

Location: Fayetteville, AR, 72703

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Pay Range: $16.20 - $18 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Job Roles:

• Perform specimen processing tasks such as sorting, delivery, imaging, centrifugation, and aliquoting.
• Enter data accurately at a high speed (6,000+ keystrokes/hour).
• Maintain compliance with test ordering regulations.
• Work mainly night shifts with flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
• Follow safety protocols in a biohazard environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate specimen processing.
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Adapt to daily operational changes and customer demands.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.

Education Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications Required:

• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Preferred knowledge of laboratory testing, medical terminology, and specimen processing.
• Previous lab or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
