Responsible for prospecting and running Heartland Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Software Relationship Manager (SRM) you will report to a District Manager and receive coaching from a Director. Activities include explaining our value proposition and demonstrating our cloud based Point of Sale solution, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager. Job Duties. Your role as a SRM is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person via your network and referral partnerships that you build.
