JOB SUMMARY

A master plumber serves the company's clients by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform any and all residential service plumbing tasks
• Utilize Benjamin Franklin's Straight Forward Pricing (including all company-approved forms) accurately on each call
• Keep detailed work records
• Maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home and everything is working properly
• Ensure each job is completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Effectively communicate each service performed to the client when a maintenance or repair is completed and ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a current master plumbing license in the state of Arkansas
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation: $58,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
