Your responsibilities as a Prep and Line Cook will include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up and stocking prep and line stations for efficient food preparation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Ensuring quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
• Preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes while maintaining portion control.
• Inspecting food preparation areas and tools to ensure safe and sanitary practices are followed.
• Assisting or substituting for other cook positions during peak periods.

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements):

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work.
• Culinary experience is preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 60 pounds.
• Capability to remain standing and move about for 8 to 12 hour shifts.
• A team player attitude with a keen attention to detail and multitasking skills.
