Your role will involve assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their experience with Fusion Academy exceeds their expectations. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and provide accurate information regarding our programs and services. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about Fusion Academy's programs, policies, and services.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new students and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and implement solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about the academy's offerings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting students and families in their educational journey.
