Here are Your Responsibilities as a Residential Electrician at Mr. Electric

As a Service Electrician, you are a key member of our team. Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe.

Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:

• You will help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs. This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing electrical panels and wiring. Note: Complex troubleshooting is often involved so experience as a service electrician is a must!
• You are the face of Mr. Electric and will be interacting with the property owner to deliver the customer service that Mr. Electric is known for.
• You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving their properties safer than when you first walked in. You'll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety of their family and property.

Job Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements for the Residential Journeyman Electrician position.

• You must have a valid and active Arkansas Journeyman or Master license. If you have the ability to obtain one immediately by transferring from another state, restarting an inactive license, or taking the test, your application will be considered
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Enthusiasm for working with customers, and embracing the Mr. Electric model of running calls

Pay and Benefits

On-target earnings will be $80,000 - $120,000 after bonuses and commission. You will be provided a guaranteed wage during your training period, transitioning to a commission and bonus plan hybrid as it makes sense to your financial well-being.

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Total Target Compensation, based on hitting incentive plan targets

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends on a volunteer basis

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fayetteville, AR: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• Electrical: 2.5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)
• J-man Electrician, Residential J-Man, or Master License (Required)

Work Location: In person
