St Pierre is a premium, French-inspired bakery brand specializing in brioche, committed to creating ‘Everyday Moments Magnifique'. Over the past 5 years, it has experienced rapid growth across the USA and UK. Grupo Bimbo, the world's largest bakery company operating in 34 countries, acquired St Pierre in October 2022 with the goal of expanding its global presence.
The Director of Sales will oversee our customer business in the USA, playing a strategic role in building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and cross-functional teams. This role involves developing partnerships and joint business plans to drive high growth, with regular reporting on key performance indicators and financial targets.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations and account strategies, overseeing P&L, driving brand growth through strategic partnerships, implementing brand activation strategies, managing trade promotions, leading RFP processes, and contributing to annual budgeting and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-growth or challenger brands within FMCG/CPG sectors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related fields, with at least 8 years of experience in consumer product sales, particularly in retail food sectors. Systems proficiency in IT, Office 365, and customer reporting systems like Retail Link and Circana is required. The role is based in Bentonville, with travel as needed across the US, Mexico, and the UK.
