Job Summary

Are you an energetic leader passionate about transforming dining experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Dining Services to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and memorable culinary experiences for our premier K12 school district. You will be responsible for strategic planning and operational excellence, shaping the future of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and inspire our frontline associates.
2. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
3. Recruit, train, and develop top talent.
4. Manage the annual budget and control costs.
5. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
6. Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and staff.
7. Perform other duties to support efficient dining operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology, Management, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of foodservice management experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
