Join our team as the Director of Enablement and lead the charge in optimizing operations through automation and standardization. About the Enablement Team
Our Enablement Team is dedicated to streamlining operations and improving efficiency across the organization. By focusing on automation and standardization, we aim to reduce complexity and foster a culture of agility and responsiveness. This role will be crucial in aligning operational strategies with project objectives and driving our mission forward.
What youll do:
- Optimize operations through automation and standardization
- Identify and reduce friction within operational processes
- Drive process improvements and create standardized templates and workflows
- Collaborate with the Director of the PMO to align strategies and outcomes
- Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and eliminate redundant tasks
What youll bring:
- Expertise in operational excellence, automation, and standardization
- Proven track record in process improvement and leadership
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00?

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 7 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.3 years supervisory experience.
4 years project management experience.
