Responsibilities include the ability to achieve established objectives for conversion cost working capital and asset management; coach our team members to have qualified and effective team members in all positions; achieve customer and consumer expectations for quality and service; champion and set standards for upholding growing and stewarding our culture; achieve EHS established metrics and program compliance; align operational capabilities with business unit and shared services strategies and programs.
