Manufacturing client located in Springdale, Arkansas is looking for a Project Manager to help in their manufacturing plant. This is a 6+ months contract position and will help coordinate the various projects that come up within the plant such as expansions, construction, equipment retooling, etc. 100% ONSITE in Springdale, Arkansas.

Hourly Pay Rate: $45/hour

Job Details:

• Manage and coordinate vendors for onsite work
• Recommend policies and procedures to ensure that client FM specifications are fulfilled
• Manage ISN and help shape contractor safety program
• Support the preparation of capital project budgets
• Perform quality assurance inspections for FM services on a periodic basis.
• Uses pc and/or tablet for RTX work order system, email, EHS and training.
• Provide FM team with work order data from SAP
• Conduct some EHS related training specific to the FM team
• Analyze monthly PMs for quality and frequency. Enter PM labor time into system based on technician feedback. Facilitate monthly PM decision tree meeting.
• SAP FM related data analysis for standard metrics
• Oversight of the onsite FM program following RTX processes, tools and guidelines
• Prepare presentations to management and client to obtain approval for projects.
• Mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies.
• Develop and recommend strategic facility management objectives for clients.
• Ensure facility procedures comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations.
